REET — Real Estate Entry Tokenizer

A network ecosystem of real estate tokenization platforms founded by Indian entrepreneurs — built to democratize RE investing through blockchain-enabled fractional ownership, transparent governance, and regulated access.

Community Network · 10 Tokenizer Platforms · SEBI/RERA-Aware · Founded Sharadiya Navratri, VS 2081

BhooVaanijyak's role

Managing consultancy for the REET network.

BhooVaanijyak serves as the managing consultancy — providing network infrastructure, governance design, and stakeholder coordination across a five-party ecosystem model: Principals (land developers), Agents (brokers & promoters), Partners (technology & service providers), Investors (institutional & retail), and Customers (end users of RE assets).

The ecosystem we assembled

10 platforms. One network.

10 participant platforms across India's real estate tokenization landscape — connecting tokenizer platforms, promoters, institutional investors, financial advisors, property lawyers, cybersecurity experts, and technology partners:

Architecture

Governance, DESG & token design.

5-pillar governance (Panchayat)

Sangha (token exchange) · Yantra (blockchain infra) · Bhaum (land assets) · Vanijya (investment) · Nyaya (legal & compliance). Full lifecycle governance for tokenized real estate.

DESG — India-specific ESG

Dharmic, Environmental, Social, Governance. Where Western ESG begins with shareholder returns, DESG begins with duty (dharma) as the primary organising principle. Novel IP — no equivalent exists in Indian PropTech. Read more →

Three token classes

Utility (service access — DharmaShala, stays). Equity (fractional ownership — property, farms). Governance (community decisions — AOA, security). All tied to real-world assets.

Financial model

The numbers behind REET.

₹32 Cr

Estimated platform build cost across the 10-platform network — technology, legal, compliance infrastructure.

64 Deals

Break-even threshold at 1% commission per tokenized transaction across the network ecosystem.

27 Steps

Initial Realty Offer (IRO) SOP — the full lifecycle from asset identification to token issuance, documented in the whitepaper.

Current status

Paused. Not abandoned.

Status: Community formation paused. The 10-platform ecosystem was assembled and active. A whitepaper with 27-step IRO SOP, tokenomics, and break-even financial model was produced. Scaling required institutional capital and SEBI regulatory clarity on tokenized real estate securities — neither available at the time.

Key learning: In multi-stakeholder technology ecosystems, commercial and regulatory structure must precede the technology pitch.

This ecosystem orchestration — assembling 10 platforms, coordinating cross-sector stakeholders, designing governance across legal, technology, and community pillars — directly informed multi-vendor governance on a subsequent national-scale government AI platform.
